Important information for schools
Schools should ensure their own privacy policy within MSP contains comprehensive details about cookie usage. When creating or updating your school’s Privacy Policy, please reference both the My School Portal Cookie Policy and the Access Group Privacy Notice to ensure full compliance and transparency.
📌Note: If your school embeds or uses any third-party solutions within the portal, your privacy policy should address those specific cookies, or they should be handled directly through the third-party provider. My School Portal cannot track changes or updates to third-party cookies, nor determine which cookies from external services are essential for functionality.
We recommend reviewing your school’s privacy notice page within the MSP content manager to ensure it aligns with these new cookie preference features and covers all integrated services your school may use.
As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out. Stay tuned for more exciting updates coming soon!
