In the Release 88.1 cycle, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Access My School Portal mobile app.
Designed specifically for busy parents and guardians, this mobile app offers a streamlined, centralised hub for accessing school information, managing tasks, and staying up to date — anytime, anywhere. With all key features brought together into one seamless experience, the app helps parents stay informed, engaged, and connected with school life like never before.
Why launch a mobile app?
Our aim is to deliver a mobile experience that’s convenient, reliable, and user-friendly, giving quick and easy access to school information whenever it is needed. The app enhances the login process, simplifies access to information across multiple children, and provides quick access to essential features, including:
Secure PIN/Biometric Login: Log in quickly and securely using a PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition.
Instant Message Notifications: Receive real-time alerts and updates directly on your device.
Optimised Navigation: Enjoy a redesigned menu built for smooth and intuitive mobile use.
Multi-School Access: Easily manage and view information for children attending different schools that use My School Portal and have the app enabled.

Admin Preparation Checklist
Ahead of and after the release, school administrators need to prepare their portal to ensure a smooth rollout.
⚠️Important: The app will not be automatically enabled for your school. Admins must review and activate it manually.
Here’s a quick setup checklist:
Content Manager: Review and update current content.
Dashboards: Check and update the Guardian Dashboard.
App Manager: Review the app structure.
App Manager: Enable the mobile app.
Communications: Invite parents to download and use the app.
