Planned improvement

We wanted to give you a heads-up about some planned improvement work we are carrying out on the My School Portal app on Tuesday, 23 April.


As part of this work, parents and carers using the My School Portal mobile app may notice that the app is slow to load or temporarily unavailable between 10:00am and 12:00pm BST. Everything should be back to normal by midday.

There is nothing to worry about, this is routine work to keep the app running smoothly, and no data will be affected.


What does this mean for you?

No action is needed from your school.


If a parent gets in touch to say the app isn't working during this time, please let them know it is planned maintenance and that it will be resolved by 12:00pm.


Everything will return to normal automatically - parents won't need to reinstall the app or change any settings.
