This article explains which medical condition fields are synced from iSAMS into My School Portal, and which API endpoint is used to retrieve them.
How Medical Conditions Are Synced
Medical conditions are synced from iSAMS using the GetCurrentPupilsHealth endpoint. The portal retrieves the following fields from this endpoint:
Health Notes.
Hearing Notes.
Ophthalmic Notes.
đ Note: Only the fields listed above are synced. Any other medical or health information stored in iSAMS outside of these fields will not be pulled through to the portal.
If Medical Conditions Are Not Displaying Correctly
If you expect medical condition data to appear in the portal but it is missing or incorrect:
Confirm that the relevant fields (Health Notes, Hearing Notes, or Ophthalmic Notes) are populated in iSAMS for the affected pupil.
Wait for or trigger a sync, depending on your setup.
