You can use the Data Sync tool in the General Admin Tool area to request urgent updates to MIS-related data (such as attendance, timetables, exams, and behaviour) without needing to contact support.
Start A Manual Data Sync
To run a manual sync, you must log in as a school admin.
Log in as an Admin user.
Click Admin Control Panel.
In the left menu, click General, then click Data Sync.
Find the data package you want to sync.
Click Trigger Sync on that package.
The system queues and runs the sync for that specific package. You can use the Data Sync page to see when it last ran and whether it completed successfully.
Available Data Packages
Based on the most common urgent updates, the following packages are available:

| Use this after making key changes to reports or report-linked documents in the MIS. |

| Use this when behaviour events and related tasks need rapid synchronisation. |
View Sync History And Monthly Usage
On the Data Sync page, each package shows:
Last attempt date – The most recent time a sync was requested for that package.
Last successful sync – The most recent time the package completed successfully.
There is also an audit log of all successful sync requests in the current month so admins can:
Track how often each package has been synced.
See how the monthly limit for manual syncs is being used.
If you are approaching your monthly limits or see repeated failures, you may wish to review how often you trigger manual syncs and/or contact support for further guidance.
📌Note: Each package is designed to update data relevant to that package only.
It does not automatically update all dependent data.
For example, an Attendance package sync will not trigger a separate student task update.
If you need dependencies updated at the same time (for example, combined data across packages), please contact support for advice.
If your school connects its MIS via Wonde:
The data sync in this tool may depend on how often Wonde refreshes MIS data.
If recent MIS changes are not appearing after a manual sync, check your Wonde update schedule or contact support if needed.
